Below we explain our return and exchange policy in more detail.
- sneakercool that can be returned/refunded or exchanged within30days of receipt
- For pre-delivery orders, you can contact customer service in time to obtain a timely refund. If it is a credit card, it is expected to receive a bank refund within7-15days. If it is Paypal, the refund will usually be received on the same day.
- For orders after delivery, we will exchange or refund after confirming that the shoes meet the following conditions. Below Items that can be returned/refunded or exchanged within30days of receiving must follow the criteria as below:
- serious quality problems, severely soiled,soaked, severely disconnected, severely cracked, or degumming upon arrival.
- Items received in the incorrect size/color/item number.
Only when serious quality problems are found when the shoes are received, such as degumming, severely soiled, soaked, severely disconnected, severely cracked, etc.
Any after-sales application that subjectively believes that the product is defective or of poor quality will not be accepted. Returns/exchanges/refunds are not accepted in the following circumstances:
- Ordered the wrong shoe or wrong size.
- Click “ok” in QC pics link also confirm to ship, but can see there are some mistakes on QC pics.
- Provide the wrong address make shipped failed
- Didn’t pay duties to customs to receive the package. (part of country need)
- Didn’t sign for the package in time or refusal to sign for.
- Shipping status shows delivery successful/delivered.
- Failure to cooperate with re-delivery in time leads to the package was destroyed.
Returns Process & Time-Frame
Please carefully follow sneakercool returns process to minimize any delays:
- If your item is returnable (see above), please contact us and provide below information, provide relevant videos and photos.
Reason for return
2.sneakercool customer service team will respond to your request within 24 hours and provide you with a Return Merchandise Form (RMA) along with our return address.
- Once we have received the returned Sneakers item(s), we will email you and arrange an exchange or a refund within 3 days.
Kindly allow between 2-5 business days for our after sales team to process your request. After this, please note the refund times below:
For credit card refunds, please allow between 2-3 business days for the transaction to process. Usually, it will be arrive your bank account around 7 - 15 days.
For PayPal refunds, please allow up to 48 hours for the transaction to appear in your account.

- All shipping fees are at the customers expense. This includes shipping fees for a return or exchange. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Please contact your local post office to confirm the actual return shipping fee. We recommend you use the cheapest registered airmail method that is available.
